      Do PRP Products Come With a Warranty?

      Find information on PRP's warranty information and how to initiate a warranty claim.

      Seat Cover Warranty: 5 Years

      Custom Seats and All Additional Products: 2 Years

      To initiate a warranty claim, email customerservice@prpseats.com and provide the following information:

      • Service Order/Purchase Order number
      • Summary of the issue
      • Any relevant images illustrating the item's concerns

      Upon receiving this information, one of our representatives will promptly contact you to explain the subsequent steps.
