Find out how to return your PRP order
To initiate a return, there are two available options. Local customers can visit our storefront to process the return. Alternatively, you may contact us via email at customerservice@prpseats.com or phone at 951-894-5104.
- To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When reaching out, please have your original order number ready to expedite the process. We can provide a return shipping label, with the associated cost deducted from your total refund.
- If you've purchased our items from third-party dealers or distributors, please reach out to the store where you made the purchase for return instructions. They'll be happy to assist you with the return process. Thank you!
